China Construction Bank (CCB) is one of the ‘big four’ banks in China and on of the biggest banks in the world. To date, it ranks as the second largest in that nation and the second largest bank in the world by market capitalization. The bank has approximately 13,629 domestic branches. For its Astana Kazakhstan HQ , situated in the financial district of the city industry, they chose the NUR Sultan Talan Tower, one of the most exclusive building of the area.

This ambitious project covered many areas of their VIP office floor : the Main meeting Room, the CEO office, A Management Office, the VIP lounge and Reception space.

Meeting Room : 100% customizable Conference table collection, BCN

We manufactured a BCN Customized conference table RECTANGULAR SHAPE with double top of 25+25mm. The size here is 5100Lx2200Hx750W for up to 14 guests. It incorporates technology hidden with Flip cover (cable management) for 6 available connectivity positions including RJ45 & HDMI. They chose Upper top in natural wood African mahogany, one of the darkest before black (lower top in black lacquer). As always, this model present wider legs for vertical cable management and is prepared for horizontal cable management via cable trays. Rest of side visible legs thickness 60mm is in textured lacquered finish.

To combine with the meeting table, we paired it with DEA Upholstered ergonomic office chair with medium backrest , upholstered armrests in Black leather (S100 ref).

VIP lounge : OLIVER sofas (armchair + 2 seated sofa) in GRANATE leather (REF S100 – 127), very classic style is combined with FORO coffee table chromed steel structure and frosted glass top. The red color choice was an imperative specification and reference to remember China’s flag & country colors.
Reception : this luxury area made of white stone needs some seating furniture to equip this waiting area. They liked one of our best seller, collection ODESSA, with armchairs & 1 3 seated sofa, all in Black leather (ref S100).

For security & Confidential reasons, we missed some pictures from VIP offices we designed with several furniture collections. For the Management Desk, they selected LEAD Management desk with credenza for additional storage, Oak veneer wooden table top, Wooden LEG structure, and the Wood short modesty panel accessory to hide the upper legs body part. On the side informal rea, White structure Coffee table with the same Oak veneer wooden top .

The CEO Office is ver complete: LEAD PLUS Desk with credenza 2 meters long, in Oak veneer combined with high Musa Chair + 2 guest chairs Musa Upholstered in Black leather too. We added FORO sofas (armchair + 3 seated XL sofa) to the set, in Black leather and a coffee table (in Oak veneer pairing with the desk).

The result expected was simple lines, timeless designs, sober style, but robust, dark shades and solidity with top quality materials. Poping-up the red national color for sofas to contrast with the overall strict ambiance.
