The Kaiciid Center for Interreligious and Intercultural Dialogue, founded in 2012 by Spain, Austria and Saudi Arabia, moved its headquarters from Vienna to Lisbon in July 2022. Kaiciid aims to promote dialogue and understanding between different religions and cultures through educational programs, meetings of religious leaders from different regions, and other activities. Kaiciid’s Board of Directors comprises representatives of the world’s major religions, including Buddhism, Christianity, Hinduism, Islam and Judaism.

The agreement for the new headquarters was signed in October 2021 in Lisbon by the Secretary General of Kaiciid, the Saudi Faisal Bin Muaammar, and the Portuguese Foreign Minister, Augusto Santos Silva.

For this Project, BOS BARCELONA was chosen in autumn 2022 to work on the design of part of the furniture for some high-level offices. The client was looking for a more luxurious and executive level so a touch of elegance with high-quality materials and custom finishes.

So we worked on 2 wide office spaces with the Aqua Desk collection, a more informal area in the office including FORO sofas & a side table from the same collection.
We also furnished the reception area with a big size FORO sofa and another larger occasional table.
