Narxoz University is a higher education institution in Kazakhstan providing training in economics, business, finance, and law, located in the city of Almaty. Founded in 1963, the current name since 2016. The university includes 3 schools in the areas of training, research centers, scientific and educational departments, 5 representative offices in the regions of Kazakhstan, and an economic college. Narxoz University welcomes international students from over 25 countries every year.

The client was very clear that he wanted to work with an exclusive brand such as BOS because it was important to have the ability to work piano lacquer (central part of the conference table). He had in mind this finish with details and as very few companies know how to work it, our expertise led him to trust us. We furnished the main Conference room and one of the board’s members offices.

The Project includes several collections such as BCN Customized Boardroom table, SUPRA Plus XL Desk with SUPRA meeting table integrated, 2 bookcases, 2 sofas FORO, and 1 coffee table.

Here are some details about the customer’s specific needs :

– BCN customized Conference table 8mx2m, BARREL SHAPE with double table top 25+ 25 mm. The lower top is in black lacquer and the upper top OUTER section in natural wood CENTRAL section is in piano lacquer. The Legs thickness is 60mm in textured lacquered finish prepared for cable management with a cable tray below top and 2 central cable leg for vertical cables. We added a flip cover with a solid steel cover, soft closing & opening & 3 positions power strip to bring technology dut with a clean design.

This table was required for 25 guests minimum! So it is a tailor-made size product.

– The SUPRA Manager desk is customized size 2,2m x 0,73 w.
Finishes chosen are with wooden top American walnut and LEFT side credenza 1,6mx0,6m laminated black with wooden front /top, 3 drawers with locking mechanism & soft closing, doors (soft-closing), and long wooden modesty panel.

Of course, they selected accessories for connectivity with flip covers, power strip…

– The custom desk solution offered is the attached front BRIEFING SUPRA table 2,2m integrated with the Executive desk, for 6 -8 guests! A configuration not so common but we are experts to deliver it. This is perfect for tactical meetings with a restricted group without sacrificing comfort and functionality.

– The Bookcases /Library with the same wooden finishes, paired with desk, to give harmony to the room as it’s totally integrated into the back wall.

– 2 FORO black leather & chrome structure sofas: one is an armchair model and the other is 2 seated version, to create a more informal space in the office area.

– A rectangular occasional table from FORO collection too, next to the sofas.

The result is definitely a design statement with this shiny black lacquer contrasting with the natural wood of the conference table that brings this elite first impression walking into the room.

The office is highly prepared for maximum organization with storage capacities thanks to custom libraries and the XL desk/meeting table mix.
